There are two deposit methods in PimeXBT:

• Direct Crypto deposits from your crypto wallets, or
• Crypto deposits using a credit card/ bank debit card/ SEPA transfers

To make direct crypto deposits from your wallet, follow the steps below:

• Go to your account’s dashboard and click on “Deposit.”
• A pop-up will appear asking you which crypto you’d like to deposit. You can only deposit BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and COV to your PrimeXBT account.

• Copy your personal deposit address of your chosen cryptocurrency and paste it on the destination field of your external wallet from where you’re sending funds. You will even get the option to scan the QR code of your personal crypto address from your external wallet website directly. It is recommended to transfer using this method since it eliminates any form of human error.

For alternative deposit methods via credit or SEPA transfers, follow the steps below:

• Choose the “Buy Crypto” option either from the left-hand menu under the “Main” section or directly from the “Buy crypto” section on the top navigation bar.

• Choose the crypto you wish to buy (BTC, ETH, USDC, and USDT) and choose the currency to want to make the payment in. Your payment method will change according to the currency you choose.

For example, for payments using USD, you get two payment methods via Coinify, which is a third-party service provider and PAXFUL, which is a P2P service provider. But, if you choose a currency such as Thailand(THB), you will see only XANPOOL as a payment service provider. Some currencies get the option of both Coinify and XANPOOL.

Depositing Crypto on PrimeXBT Using Coinify

• Choose among the two payment methods under “Coinify” -VISA/MasterCard or SEPA. The two methods gave different transactions fees, so choose the one you’re comfortable with. Click “Buy“

• Choose how much you wish to spend, and below, you will get a rough estimate of how many cryptocurrencies you can buy in that amount. Click “Buy Now“
• In the next step, you’ll have to log in to your Coinify account using the registered E-mail and password. If you don’t have an account yet, then you need to create a new account.
• To create an account, enter details such as your E-mail address, password and residence country. Click on the boxes agreeing to Coinify’s T&C and click “Verify E-mail.” You will receive a 6-digit verification code in your E-mail; add the code and “continue.”

• Coinify will next ask for which payment option you would like to choose. You can choose either a credit/debit card or bank transfer. In the case of bank transfers, the transactions will be processed only on a business day.

• After choosing a payment option, you will see your Order Summary, and if everything looks fine, then click “Go to Payment.”
• For first-time users, Coinfy asks you to complete a few more steps to verify your account and purchase. Click on “Continue“

• The next step is to enter your card details and click on the “Reserve” tab.
• The verification step takes only about 2 minutes, where you’ll have to show a valid ID proof and click a selfie.

Depositing Crypto on PrimeXBT Using Paxful

To make a deposit using the PAXFUL service provider, you’ll be directed to a different tab. 

PAXFUL allows you can purchase only BTC through various payment methods such as online wallets, cash payments, bank transfers, gift cards and more; you can enter the amount you wish to spend and get an estimate of BTC you can buy with that amount.

• Next, log in to the account by entering your E-mail address. A pop-up to complete a puzzle will show where you only need to drag the slide to complete the puzzle.
